Is there a possibility that our emails are classified as junk mail?

Is there a possibility that there was an error in the e-mail address you entered when placing your order?

We are sorry, but we are unable to combine items with different order numbers into one package. Please understand this in advance.

Shipping
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days after we receive your request for delivery.
After the product is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can check the delivery status using the delivery company's package inquiry system.

In addition to our online store, we also have a physical store in Osaka City. All items sold in the online store can be picked up at the physical store.
In the case of in-store pickup, shipping is free regardless of the purchase amount. If you live nearby, please take advantage of this service.

We only accept international shipping if your shipping address and billing address is in New York, USA.
Account
You can create a new account by following these steps.

- You will receive an email from the store with a one-time code. Enter the code you received on the "Enter Code" page and submit it.
A one-time code will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Enter the code on the login page to access your account page.
The code is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once. If the expiration date has passed, please enter your e-mail address again on the login page to issue the one-time code.
The one-time code will be sent to you by e-mail.

If you do not receive an e-mail with a one-time code after trying several e-mail addresses that come to mind, please contact us by e-mail.
We are sorry, but it is not possible to change your login e-mail address.
If you change your e-mail address, please re-register for an account. Please note that if you change your e-mail address, we will not be able to transfer your order history or customer information from your previous e-mail address.
