These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions of use of the online store provided by Happy Bridge Inc. on this website. Registered users are requested to use this service in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use at the time the user starts to use the service.

1. Application

2. User Registration

  2. The Company may not approve an application for registration of use if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose any reasons for such denial.

    3. In any other cases in which we deem the registration of use to be inappropriate.

3. User ID and password management

  1. Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own risk.
  2. Under no circumstances may a user transfer or lend his/her user ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a user logs in with a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information, we will consider the use of the service to be by the user who has registered that user ID.

4. Contract for Sale

  1. A purchase agreement for the Service shall be formed when a user makes a purchase application to the Company and the Company notifies the user that it has accepted the application. Ownership of the product shall be transferred to the user when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company.
  2. In the event that a user falls under any of the following circumstances, the Company may terminate the purchase agreement described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to said user.
    1. If the User violates these Terms of Use
    2. In the event that the delivery of goods is not completed due to an unknown delivery address or prolonged absence of the customer
    3. In any other cases where the Company deems that the relationship of trust between the Company and the user has been damaged.
  3. The method of payment, delivery, cancellation of purchase orders, return of goods, etc., related to the Service shall be determined separately by the Company.

5. intellectual property right

Copyrights or other intellectual property rights to product photos and other content provided by the Service are the property of the Company, content providers, or other legitimate right holders, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or make any other secondary use of such content without permission.

6. Prohibitions

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts

  2. Actions related to criminal acts

  3. We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

11. Changes in service content, etc.

The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the user if we deem it necessary. In the event that a user starts using the Service after the Terms of Use have been changed, such user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms of Use.

13. Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

14. Notification or contact

Notification or communication between a user and the Company shall be made by the method prescribed by the Company. Unless a user notifies us of a change according to a method separately determined by us, we will assume that the currently registered contact address is valid and send notices or communications to that address, which will be deemed to have reached the user at the time they are sent.

15. Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations

The User may not transfer or offer as security his/her position under the User Agreement or rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Service.
  2. In the event of any dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
